Stock Gifts

Steps to donate stocks to Grace Medical Home

  1. Forward this Stock & Mutual Fund Transfer form to your portfolio advisor to complete a stock/securities transfer & send a copy to NCF Brianna Hill: BHill@ncfgiving.com Office: 407.401.9414

  2. Make sure to note on the "Stock & Mutual Fund Transfer" form the NCF Giving Fund name: The Grace Medical Home Fund (#4342313)

Note: The deduction is based on the average trading price on the day the shares are received at NCF. The stocks will be liquidated the following business day and placed in The Grace Medical Home Fund when the trade settles (typically 2-3 days) and the donor will receive a receipt.
